Half steer purchase - choose between front and hind.  The animal is purchased from Zelda Ranch LLC, and Zelda will coordinate through Meatheads Meat Market & Custom Processing to deliver the finest local ranch-to-table beef.  Steers can be reserved for a $200/head deposit, and finishing instructions can be sent directly to ZCC for custom preferences.  Once finished, the steers are delivered to Meatheads for processing.  Customer pays ZCC and Meatheads based on the hanging weight of the steer, which is typically around 62% of the total steer weight.  Custom cuts available per Meatheads’ recommended cut-sheets based on preferences.  Packaged beef can be picked up directly from Meatheads.
